About client

The client is an e-commerce business owner whose existing website had grown cluttered over time, making it difficult for customers to find information and take action. Although the products were strong, the website lacked visual clarity and intuitive functionality. WhatsApp messaging was added to enable instant, familiar communication, while social media showcases were embedded to highlight real activity, build credibility, and keep the website dynamic and engaging.
